From consulting to double the turnover: How we kicked off Meta Ads at Takoy

Takoy is a Slovak manufacturer of design fabrics, which it distributes to 20 countries around the world. The result of their successful expansion and commitment to provide top-quality materials to customers around the globe is an annual turnover of approximately 6 million euros. Takoy, a leader on the Slovak market in the online fabric segment, on the one hand, was not using the full potential of Facebook campaigns; on the other hand, it was seeking ways to grow through expansion and new product lines. Export represented the main opportunity for growth.

OpiStarter was the key to achieving strategic aims

Based on a day-long OpiStarter workshop, our team, together with Takoy management, identified the needs and opportunities associated with a long-delayed new product line.

This initiative had the potential to expand the target audience and increase market share in existing markets. The key steps for Takoy were prioritising the development of a new product line and establishing a marketing strategy.

Meta Ads as the launching pad

We initially saw the greatest potential in Meta Ads. Based on priorities, we:

  • defined goals and priorities for campaigns in individual countries,
  • trained an internal employee to manage campaigns,
  • performed an audit of existing campaigns,
  • adjusted the attribution model and campaign structure,
  • ensured the effective management and administration of PPC campaigns by specialists.

OpiTip: The training of our partners’ internal employees is a key point in all our collaborations with partners. We believe that investing in the development of their skills leads directly to a major improvement in campaign results and the overall growth and development of the company.

 

Results of the cooperation

One of the most striking results of our cooperation appeared after training and optimisation in Meta Ads. We recorded 100% growth in turnover within Meta campaigns while maintaining the same ROAS.

The share of turnover from Analytics share data increased by 67%, with significant year-on-year growth in individual countries:

  • France: +68%,
  • Germany: +183%,
  • Czechia: +123%,
  • Slovakia: +123%.
